A non-canon Elder Scrolls faction I made up.
Heralds are a cult like faction dedicated to cleansing. Think of it like Vigilants of Stendarr but chaotic and fire obsessed. They burn or kill those who "defile their earth" and believe the Red Mountain erupted as for Nirn to start anew but failed.
There's probably a lot of "lore holes" that make this faction not make sense but I'm still working on it
